Below is a wellbeing plan using Tā Mason Durie's Te Whare Tapa Whā model.

Wall Activities
Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing) Eating healthy, exercising, going out for walks
Taha Whānau (Family Wellbeing) Calling my family in Botswana every week, spending time with friends on the weekends
Taha Hinengaro (Emotional and Mental Wellbeing) Practising mindfulness, listening to music, dancing, going to the spa and painting
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing) Practising gratitude, reading philosophy, engaging in acts of kindness and compassion, engaging in self-reflection
Whenua (Interconnections to the land and environment) Spending time in nature, e.g., going on walks, hikes, or camping trips, embracing nature in all its forms including sunny and rainy days
