  2. Strengths and Limitations in Bootcamp:

Through Foundations, I have discovered that my strengths lie in being self-motivated, adaptable, and possessing good problem-solving skills. However, I acknowledge that I have limitations when it comes to public speaking and asking for help. I will work on improving these areas during Bootcamp.

  3. Non-technical Challenge at Bootcamp:

One of the non-technical challenges I anticipate facing at Bootcamp is speaking in front of a group. Additionally, I will need to find a balance between my work commitments and the demands of Bootcamp.

  4. Non-technical Skills to Develop at Dev Academy:

During my time at Dev Academy, I would like to develop my leadership skills and enhance my ability to give constructive feedback. These skills will contribute to effective collaboration and growth within teams.

  5. Expectations from the Bootcamp Team:

I expect the Bootcamp team to provide transparency regarding our progress and offer guidance and support throughout the program. Clear communication and timely feedback will be valuable to me.

  6. Expectations of Myself on Bootcamp:

I understand that seeking help is crucial for my success in Bootcamp. I commit to seeking assistance in a timely manner and asking for help before deadlines to avoid any disruptions. I will manage my workload effectively, ensuring productive and respectful collaboration with facilitators and fellow learners.
